City Councilor and former Mayor of Lowell, Chau believes that some fights can't be won at City Hall, and Lowell needs a fearless voice on Beacon Hill. Settling in Lowell's Acre in 1985, Chau is one of seven children raised by a single mother and survived the Killing Fields of Cambodia. He-founded a downtown Lowell mortgage company, helping hundreds of first-time homebuyers achieve the American Dream. decades of community service through organizations like CMAA and the Boys & Girls Club, Chau opened City Hall to all as Mayor, directing over $9 million in ARPA funds to parks and small businesses while advocating for essential school funding as School Committee Chair.

**Why Lowell Needs a Fearless Voice on Beacon Hill:- Some battles can't be won at City Hall. - Strong advocacy is essential for our community. - The need for representation that prioritizes our concerns. - Together, we can create meaningful change!

WHAT I WILL FIGHT FOR Housing Affordability & Young Families
Chau will expand affordable and workforce housing and fight for down payment assistance for first-time homebuyers so families can put down roots and build equity in their own community . • Quality Education
Fixing the funding formula means $15.SM more for Lowell to expand after-school programs, mental health and autism reimbursements, and keep special ed students in district.
Seniors - Age in Place with DignityToo many seniors fear being pushed out of neighborhoods they built. Chau will deliver more senior housing options, property tax relief, and the dignity of aging in place.

Jobs & Economic Growth
As LINC and Hamilton Canal bring billions to Lowell, Chau will fight for workforce funding through UMass Lowell, Middlesex CC, and our public schools so working families share in the growth.
Small Businesses - Thrive, Not Just Survive
Chau will champion TDI investment in our neighborhoods, connect entrepreneurs to grants and microloans, and cut the red tape that costs small businesses time and money.

Public Safety & Healthcare
Real public safety means fully resourced first responders, mental health crisis teams, and youth violence prevention. Chau will take on the rising healthcare costs hitting working families hardest.
I will carry your voice to Beacon Hill, fight for every
dollar this district deserves, and bring it back home."
