He-founded a downtown Lowell mortgage company, helping hundreds of first-time homebuyers achieve the American Dream. decades of community service through organizations like CMAA and the Boys & Girls Club, Chau opened City Hall to all as Mayor, directing over $9 million in ARPA funds to parks and small businesses while advocating for essential school funding as School Committee Chair.
